This will define, how we collect, store and use the information you supply to us. Also how it may be used.

- Session details: For example; making a new topic, replying to a topic etc.
- How long the session was: with the start and finish time.
- And what type of browser you are using .
- If you want to be remembered the next time you visit (Registered members only)
The cookie will collectively stay in your browsers cache(providing you have cookies enabled) and our forum’s cookie is called SMFCookie956
Your browser should be set to allow cookies when using this site. However, all browsers do have an option, in the settings to allow or deny this.
Section 2 Collecting/Storing and Processing the information.
The information on our forum collected via registration is for the purpose that us and other forum members/visitors can see who you are. Except they can only see your Forum Username when reading topics.
Visitors can see your profile; so we recommend hiding your E-mail address but this is still the decision to be made by you(“the user”).
We collect the following Information on registration:
- Location
- Date of Birth
- Forum Name
We collect this information to base our results on and also so other forum members know how old you are and also where you are within the world. Your E-mail is collected for the purpose of signing up and also the same with all other required fields.
Your Date of Birth on the other hand is collected to make sure you are over the minimum registration age to be on the forum. The information is also stored onto a secure database. The reason we do want your E-mail is a way of contacting you with news and information about the forum.
We process the information you provide electronically. So no humans come into contact with the information you provide to us unless it is visible on your profile.
Section 3: Account deactivation/deletion
Once you have decided that you no longer want to be with us. We will always respect this and the E-mails(subscribed topics/news) will stop immediately. Although you need to inform us about the “no longer use”. So we know that your account won’t be active. The period to which you need to leave your account inactive is 14 days. Any pictures you uploaded will stay on the server for another 14 days after your account deletion.
If you wish to come back after this period you are more than welcome. Just re-sign up. We would also like to recommend that you contact the administrator of the material you uploaded(“downloads and pictures”) before they are deleted off the server. Use the contact us page to find out more.
