What’s new in 2013? – February 15th, 2013

Well, back in October, the Domain came up for renewal. I was very weary of actually renewing it.

However I did, for a ncie cheap price too of £10 better than what 1-2-3 Reg wanted!

Back to the title now, Whats new? Well this year; I am going to move away from having a forum, and concentrate more on having a blog and more of a social presence.

Forums are becoming quite 2010, and I’m afraid Social media is provailing.

What the biggest question is, is this What do you want to see?  As I do have a vision to a point for the site, However I do want some feedback.

The forum will be still available until I have decided.

Happy Valentines

Just Train’s Class 153 Review – April 12th, 2011

I have saw video’s of the Class 153 and I then brought it.

From the video’s it seems to be a good asset in RailWorks 2 Train Simulator. And also not only that it is highly detailed. Accept The sounds i find could be improved to include the engine sound from the exterior.

The overall experience is also very good.  The controls are perfect, even with the working Drivers Reminder Appliance(DRA) and the working Driver to Guard buzzer.

There are slight inaccuracies though. For instance on the London Midland version the destination board “B.ham Shrub Hl” Birmingham Shrub Hill doesn’t exist. Its Birmingham Snow Hill or Worcester Shrub Hill.

Just Trains have worked really hard on this too.  The addon is worth buying in my opinion.

The features such as a working notched brake do make the difference. This is alot easier to use than try to guess the perfect brake amount.

The liveries themselves are as perfect as can be in RailWorks 2.

Its also easy to drive. With the notched power handle and is easy for beginners to. To get used to the use of stopping positions.

I would recommend this addon to everyone.

I will rate this 9 out of 10.

The area’s i feel could be improved are the sounds and also the destination boards.
